Generic IP Cam as wireless repeater? - onvif_cfg.ini

I have a Ankya /Guangzhou Juan IP camera.
I login with telnet, settings are stored in "onvif_cfg.ini"
There is this section:

I've tried different settings there, they all cause it to boot with its "softap" settings so I can reset it.
What are the correct settings in the repeater section?
