Geofencing set up but not switching profiles

I have this set up with schedules enabled, 3 profiles defined (home, away, night). In the mobile devices I have checked the one I use with the BI mobile app and set the profiles for entering or leaving the geofence. But it doesn't switch profiles nor send me the push notifications. I have geofence enabled on the phone app with 50 meter radius from current location. I took a walk out to the end of the block and no joy. Strangely it won't even play the push notification when I press the play test button from the server enter/exit geofence set up screens. And yes "geofence update notifications" is turned on in the app.

Never mind, I just took the car out down the block and it worked. Also worked when I returned and pulled into the driveway. I did get an app alert message but no tone.
