I’ve seen a LOT of threads on streaming from an NVR to a phone. I can stream all day long no problem over local wifi to my phone. However, once connected over Verizon, my login to dmss times out every time. Is there a thread or anywhere I may find some direction or information to get this to work?

Sounds like a port issue. Have forwarded any?
If not the advice will be to connect via a VPN if you have the capability on your router or some other divide such as a NAS if possible.
