Good source to buy IP items at

Are you authorized for hikvision or dahua and can I get a catalog? Looking for 2 4mm cameras that are stable, reliable and work with Blue Iris. Currently have 2 microseven m7b77 cameras and one needs to be sent back as the IR simply doesn't work. I'm not that impressed. I have them on POE with a TP Link running to an i7 dedicated blue iris server. It does everything I need which isn't that much.
