    Yes. I wonder where the camera was located and the height must have been around the 5 foot level.

    Yep, it does. BART police have body cams, this could be at 5 ft. on left shoulder. The giveaway is the canted angle and height. I don't think BART ticket machines have cams like ATM's.
    Scumbag..hope they find him soon, perhaps a cop gets to send him to meet his Creator. I'd lose no sleep over it.

    Darn it, Q™...you KNOW I have to go look up words that contain more than 3 syllables!

    It's moot now anyway....the recent parolee has been arrested and maybe he will actually get rehabilitated the second time around. :rolleyes:

    Hopefully a jury of American citizens will get to the truth and -- if he's guilty (which I believe he most likely is Tony) -- he'll be locked away for the rest of his life where he can't destroy anyone else's life and family.

    I certainly hope so..my earlier comment about success after second try at rehab was most definitely in jest.
