Grey screen

My cameras will show a grey screen every now and then, no recordings happen when the screen goes grey. I usually just restart the camera and it works for a while. Anyone see this before?

What camera? how is it connected?

Ethernet and they are GW cameras

Can you access the camera via browser when this happens? If not then its a camera/network issue. If yes, try increasing the receive buffer to 20mb in the camera properties>video>configuration tab

No access vai browser but, I tried to access the cameras that were working via browser and i get this message "[FONT=&quot]Internal Error: Missing Template ERR_CONNECT_FAIL". [/FONT]

Ok so then it's not a blue iris issue... check your cables..make sure you are using Internet explorer..

Nothing, tried IE and nothing, do you usually put the port number ex. ###.###.#.##:## or do you leave the last 2 numbers off? I tried both ways
