H265 problems

I have H 265 cameras and I try to install 32 cameras, but I'm stuck!

If I try to use H265 video and/or a big resolution, I cannot see the preview on browser or Smartpss (pc or mac).

What setting should I use?

Options: H264/H264b/H265
Smart Codec On/Off

It is probably a problem with your graphics driver. I have one camera that does that as well on one computer, so I have to either look at it in BI or change it to H264 and make setting changes and then switch back. However, if I open it up on another computer, I can see it fine with the H265 coding.

I browser (tried Chrome and Safari) or SmartPSS?

I had the problem on one computer regardless of what platform I tried.
