Did any of you have issues with PayPal allowing payment to Andy? I'm trying to pay his invoice but when i called PayPal they declined to make the payment. I'm i missing something!!

Yes, i think the bank may have some problem. Check with your bank, money was sent from your bank, paypal just a tool
