I would still do a media creation tool clean install of Win10. Their clean install could have been from the manufacturer with their bloatware.

Thanks I‘m researching this but not sure if I can do windows 10 pro? Also don’t know if I need it or not. It just comes with it.

Yes you can do it. Anyone with a windows computer can use the media creation tool.

The Windows license is in the BIOS and you want win10 pro so you can disable updates.

It is like a 15 minute procedure to ensure you have no bloatware that could impact BI.
