Yes I'm just switching out the plug so I can make it compatible with my DVR and I'm not sure which ones are the tire wires and it was once or for the video
Is the original RJ-45 connector in place so that you can use a DVM/ohmmeter or continuity checker to buzz out the existing connector pins to their corresponding wire color?
Understood.

If so, this chart below may help fill in the color to pin assignments. The fact that it's 12vdc (only?) may hint that its sPOE (Simplified POE, not conventional POE) so doing a continuity check might be essential.
Can you post an image of the "....five wires sticking out it was cut"?
It seems that's an analog camera, so we're likely going to have power positive and negative and composite video, center and shield so at least 4.
EDIT: More research reveals it's a 3-in-1 cam that capable of 3 analog modes: TVI, AHD and CVI so the 5th wire could be for a reset button that allows you to set up one of the modes.
