Has any one tried the dual lens PTZ cameras like the Annke nct400??

Seems to be a very low end camera, no slip ring, so pan range is only 0° ~ 345°, not 360° endless. Zoom only 4X 2.8-12mm, just some bullet camera range, not a PTZ camera level
