No, but I've used the Tapo C-110 with BI, as mentioned here.

TP-LINK's instructions here include the C325WB and use the same configuration and URL as what I used in BI for the C-110 as linked above.

I haven't used it with BlueIris, but have with Frigate, and it is fine. It speaks RTSP for both a main snd sub stream, and requires the same initial app setup as the C110, and works just fine once you block it from the Internet, just like the C110.

Just set one up. A few notes:
Will not to SD and NVR recording at same time.
Can only be setup via app. Not web interface.
To setup in BI requires manual entry of parms. Few parms that can be set like Reolink though much better night vision than Reolink but with ghosting of moving objects as if set to 1/3 sec exposure.
Also looks washed out in full sun.
