Hi, I am new to this trying to streamline the CCTV system to make it easier to download files and keep an eye on stuff. Currently we have a SPRO DVR with some cameras, then we use SPRO ISS (very outdated) software to view it, and that works fine. Now here's the issue, I have forwarded the port that the DVR uses (8000) and made sure everything needed has a static IP, now when I set it up on Smart PSS the device is just offline, I am unsure what to do now.
