Having issues with 4 Sharx Security SCNC3905

I purchased four of these cameras and had everything running fine to my Synology NAS. However, after about a month all the cameras stopped recording to the storage device. I have tried contacting Sharx with no answer back.

I have tried factory resetting the NAS and all the cameras and nothing seems to be working. Could anyone suggest any reasons why it would stop working?

I had my cameras set to record when motion was detected.

I was also told to contact Sharx about a software in which I can use in order to see all 4 of my cameras on one screen on my Macbook Pro, however, I also haven't gotten a response back from them about this.

If anyone could put me in the right direction, that'd be great! As I will be leaving the country in a month, and would like to have these things bulletproof before I depart.

Is that using Surveillance Station, or direct to disc?
If SS, what shows in the SS logs that might be a clue to the problem?
How much free space is there on the NAS, and what are the rules set in SS about what to do when the free space drops below the configured value? Overwrite, stop recording etc.
