having trouble with blue iris

I recieved a new support key and it won't activate my blue iris I have repeatedly emailed blue iris just to find Ken is sending my email back and I quote " blueirissoftware@gmail.com

Ken says its a support key but I thought it was a key for my software I can't get him to reply to my emails if he refuses them I have a reciept for the purchase and would like a refund

After reading the error do you think it's Ken who is manually sending back your email? Why don't you think a little bit and come up with another way to send that email hmmmm... Asking for a refund here will do you no good... Do you not understand the difference between a license key and a support key?

That's not a license, it's support ...
The question is ... do you have a license key? Where and when did you purchase the license key (not the support key).
If you don't have one perhaps we can supply a replacement.

I didn't know it was for a support key but Its hard to correct the problem when I can't reach anyone I have used 3 emails accounts and all emails are sent back all I want is to get my blue iris up and running and I did recieve a new key from my commerece and it don't work

That's not a license, it's support ...
The question is ... do you have a license key? Where and when did you purchase the license key (not the support key).

what is troubling is that your emails as you pasted them show time stamps of an hour or two ago...you need to relax...
