Essentially, Russia used the wildfires to spread the phrase "Hawaii not Ukraine" and Dr. Bueno went down the rabbit hole and found the source.

USA is a very large and powerful nation .. anyone with a clue about budgets and the power of the USA knows the USA can handle both helping Hawaii and helping Ukraine .. it is not a question of "or"

you really need to look at this from a % of GDP .. the USA is the richest Nation in the world, it is the Hegemon of the World, it is the master of the largest Trade Empire ever created .. this is not a world of equals ..

From a % of GDP .. Estonia is #1 .. giving nearly 4x more than the USA ..
Latvia is giving over 1% of their GDP .. about 3x the USA
Lithuania is giving 0.95% .. almost 3x the USA
Poland is giving 0.68% .. about 2x the USA
Slovakia is giving 0.63% .. just short of 2x the USA
Denmark .. 0.51% ..
Norway 0.47% ..
Finland 0.44% ..
Netherlands 0.44% ..
UK 0.37% ..
Czechia 0.36% ..

and then the USA at 0.33% ...

so the USA is 12th ..




also there are costs to support the refugees ..

Ukraine shouldn’t be getting a penny from us. We are In crazy dept. why are we supporting other countries, we need to look out for ourselves first and foremost.

Spend our money on our own defense, security etc. Not a corrupt country like Ukraine where 10% goes to the big guy and the other 85% goes to who knows where else and maybe 5% is going where they say the money is going.

How do you know supporting Hawaii is not being considered Urgent ?

I don't know how either one of us would know what's being considered. I know what is actually being done: $700 per person. I suspect there are US supplied artillery shells being fired that cost more than that per round. Compare the $700 to $40k per person paid to hospitals to murder covid patients with ventilators. What I anticipate is colored by the pathetic East Palestine precedent.
