My HDW4631C is having problems saving snapshots to FTP. I have everything setup with detection enabled and FTP setup correctly. It seems like its only saving maybe 1 in 10 detection events.
It worked fine for a few days but now suddenly stopped snapshots. The video detection works fine as its recording all the detection events in SmartPSS NVR.
As I brought this from Aliexpress its probably got some hacked Chinese firmware. If I do a reset to factory settings will it revert the language back to Chinese?
Incidentally my hikvision camera saves to the same place without issue so its probably not a problem with my FTP server.
