HDD Exception on Hik Connect App

Hi all,
I am new here, and glad to be here.

I recently installed an NVR (DS-7616-I2-16P) as a replacement for a filled 8CH Q-series because I had 3 more cameras.
One of the major reasons for using the I-series was because I researched its one of the series that supports a panoramic fixed turret camera (DS-2CD2387G2P-LSU/SL). I also added the NVR to my Hik-connect account and everything was fine, until I observed some issues.

Issue
1. The Hik-connect app shows HDD Exception; even though it plays back both on the app and on the local GUI
2. When there is an electric power outage, the NVR goes off and you will have to restart again for the cameras to come up
