Hdd from my DVR is unallocated to my windows 7

Can someone help me? I removed my 1tb hdd from dvr to review. Then replaced it with a new one. My problem is after I connect my hdd from dvr to my windows 7 desktop pc it's unallocated. How can I access it to review... Tnx

The DVR/NVR is likely a Linux O/S, so it can't be accessed directly by Windows.

Hikvision do not use any recognised partition structure in the HDDs used in their NVRs, and presumably in their DVRs.
The firmware accesses the HDD 'raw' with their own simple file system scheme.

You can read the HDD raw under Linux (with dd for example) but you'd have to had reverse-engineered the layout to extract contents.
