First of all, sorry if this is poorly explained, but I am a bit of a noob with this stuff! I've recently moved one of my cameras, and following this, I've found that the camera is now struggling to focus. I can get it to focus if I access the camera through the web interface, but I lose the ability to zoom - if I try to alter the zoom from that focussed position, it cannot refocus.

I'm not sure if the camera has developed a fault, or if it can be reset/reflashed to rectify the issue, but any advice anyone can give would be appreciated!

I've reset it and upgraded the firmware, but it still seems to be doing the same thing.

I've contacted Andy for advice, but if anyone else has any suggestions I'd be grateful.
