Hey all, new here so still trying to figure out how to find stuff so feel free to just link me places if this has been asked 
I was curious if it'd be possible to run a Dahua cam (looking at the IPC-HDW5231R-ZE) without an NVR or PC and have it use it's own internal memory for storage instead.
If it's not possible directly off the camera are there Raspberry Pi solutions?
My goals are:
1. HomeKit integration
2. Push notifications through SmartThings for events, ideally some sort of processing here for severity of event (see's a face, or at least paint a zone?)
3. Scroll through archive somehow
I can develop some of this stuff if needed just need to know what's (APIs, protocols, etc.) are available.
