I recently started in the CCTV world. We live in the country side a bit isolated and having some cameras around makes life much easier.
I come from the IT world (developer) and after some reading I decided to purchase a computer (by parts) and put it in a server case. For software I'm using blue iris and as for cams Reolink 410MP powered by a 8 ports POE switch.
I'm having some issues with blue iris but that would be a matter for another thread.
I also plan to post a thread explaining what did I choose and why I did so in case it might be helpful for anyone.
