Hi,
I just ordered Blue Iris and expect to install over the next few days. I have 2 Foscam cameras and they work fine but the alarm detection stinks so I am paying money for this and hope it helps. The forum looks good with lots of good info. I hope I can help as well as learn a lot.

Welcome to the forum. Search the posts for info on properly setting up motion detection. First thing to do is disable object detection in the motion tab.
