Hello, we have a nice 180 degree view that we want to share

I'm new to this forum and I have a little experience with an IPCam from a five years ago. HD PTZ cameras offer so much more.

I'm in a waterfront community in Florida. We have a nice view that we want to share with our neighbours who live a little farther inland.

Is there an outdoor PTZ camera that can look straight out far enough to include the horizon? The price is more important than the ability to zoom.
