That's a VERY broad question. ...and I believe it's "Hiwatch."

First of all I suggest, if you have not already done, so, familiarize yourself with some of the terminology by spending time reading the Wiki above, and especially the Cliff Notes.

Then I would Google "Hiwatch NVR" and look at a few YouTube setup guides and other search result articles. Then, if you still have problems, come back with some more specific issues that you need help with.
