im new here and posting so I can return a PM to whoslooking so I can thank him for saving my stones.
he helped me fix 3 bricked hikvision DS-2CD2632F-IS cameras that were booting but not loading the firmware I mistakenly loaded on them.
changing the language flag using hiktools was the key to solving this!
i flashed about 100 non working firmwares before getting this one right.
