What got me was that he was passed by a few other bikes and they were carrying passengers!

Several years ago I traveled to India for work and they would have as much as 3 people on a bike, one on the handle bars and two on the seat.

I almost soiled my underwear just watching the video.
But, I conclude that there's absolutely no way that's being shown at real time. I'll bet the video was sped up. If not, then yes, as @Flintstone61 said "These guys are frickin nuts!"

I disagree. There is audio that is in sync with the video and the pitch is just fine. If it was sped up, the pitch would be way off.

This will only end bad for the motorcyclist but Good news for those on a transplant donor list.
I used to get rides home from work on a moto taxi when traffic was bad in bangkok. but I was young and stupid then. lol

This kind of looks like two rides my wife and I had.
Once in a "taxi" from a cruise ship to downtown Cozumel. Taxi was a 20+ yr old Toyota Camry. Speed limit? What speed limit?
Dodge pot holes the size of trucks? Nah, what for?
Pretty much the same experience in Jamaica, except it was on a 30 person or so passenger bus.
Stay in your own lane! Nonsense. Slow down when someone is coming head on towards you in your lane! PPFFFTTT.
Again, pot holes the size of trucks, plow right on through. Speed limit's are for wimps.
Went around a curve, along side that curve had a vertical sheer rock wall. I swear if you had your arm resting on the window frame with your elbow out, you'd have ground down said elbow on that rock face.
To add to the ambience, all of the ladies on board screaming frequently.
