Help connect jooan 4 cam wireless to mobile

Hi,

My daughter has this jooan wireless cam set up and I am trying to get it on my mobile.
I set it up a year or so ago and now forget how I did it and what app I used.

The monitor has crashed so cant see anything on it until I get her a new one.

Any help please ?
