Help! DH-SD22404T-GN-W continuous reboots after firmware update

I apologize to everyone if I open a new post and in bad English! I have a problem, my DH-SD22404T-GN-W camera after a DH_SD-Mao-Rhea_MultiLang_NP_Stream3_IVS_V2.800.0000000.4.R.191105 firmware update keeps restarting about every 2 minutes making it unusable. Can I bring it back to the previous firmware DH_SD-Mao-Rhea_MultiLang_PN_Stream3_IVS_V2.623.0000000.7.R.181124 ??? Or should I throw it away ??? I curse myself for trying to update the firmware! I also tried to follow the Dahua IPC EASY unbricking / recovery over TFTP guide but I am inexperienced and I need help
I also wrote to the dahua assistance who replied that "the product does not belong to the official Dahua Technology Italy s.r.l. distribution, therefore we cannot provide support on it."
If there is someone who can help me I am also willing to pay to solve!

I have SD22404T-GN from AliExpress and as I know I can't update firmware...
