Does anyone have the firmware for DHI-DSS4004 (not S2) i think its the V6.08 or any compatible firmware,
my HDD that comes with the device is now unusable due to Bad Sectors and I need to replace it,

or

Does any one know how to install the OS on the new HDD that I install,,

no response from Local Tech Support, tried to reach overseas, they are not allowed for cross country support,

for the ISO image, I don't have this, if you do, please, we need it badly,
