Help: GV-EBL1100 camera not working after firmware update

Hello, this is my first post in this forum,
So I am sorry if posted in wrong section.
Recently I have upgraded firmware of my Geovision GV-EBL1100 IP camera. After firmware updated successfully camera is not responding anymore. IP Device utility is not finding the camera.
The IR is always on and I pressed the factory reset button but no result.
What should I do now? Please help.

Find the proper factory reset procedure.
 
Yes, there is a reset button inside the front glass. And earlier I reset the same camera for another reason and it was successful and working.

Generally you need to do more than simply pressing the button.

its very unlikely you will be able to recover it at this point.
