hello, I too have the same problem with the model DS-7108N-SN / P cinese after updating it with the firmware 3.0.18 through the USB port to charge the logo and restart it continuously. can you help me to recover the NVR?

alessandro were you able to recover your nvr? I too am in the same situation. I was able to get it back in Chinese menus but I would prefer to put it back in English due to the language mismatch.

You might be able to TFTP it back to 3.0.10....
