your router address is the same as your gateway. you can take a guess at it. usually default is 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 put that in your web browser address bar. If neither of those work you will need to setup some basic port forwarding or NAT (network address translation) for ports. what you are doing is directing a connection from remote to the internal server behind the firewall in your home. Start|All PRograms|Accessories|Command Prompt in the black box type "ipconfig /all" you may have to scroll up after it displays the information, but near the top you will see "Default Gateway" it will be something in the form of xxx.xxx.x.x put that number into your web browser with the periods and you should gain access to your router's menu. if you don't know the username/password, search online for the default username and password for that brand/model router. if its an ISP provided router/modem etc. you may have to get that information from the ISP if they did not provide it to you.
