Help me please! Chinese NVR Hikvision DS-7832N-K2 Mobile Viewing Concern

Good day.

What should I do to view my Chinese firmware Hikvision NVR via mobile. It does not work with Hik-Connect, IVMS-4500, Hi-look etc. Upon searching, it only does work with Chinese EZVIZ application. However, only China mobile number could register -could not register through email.

I have enabled it but I do not know if it is already online as it is written in Chinese.

So try searching for it by serial number on the hik-connect server. If you find it then it is online. Hik-connect.com

Hi Sir Trax95008, I tried to search my serial number but prompted me "unknown error". My NVR is locked in Chinese server address. Is there a way that i can change the Chinese server address to dev.hik-connect.com? On my web GUI, it cannot be edited. Please see attached file. Thank you.
