Help setting up remote access

I have a HIKVision DS-7732NI-I4/16P/KB/CVBS DVR on site

Ports 80, 8000 and 554 are forwarded from the router to the DVR

Remotely I am using the iVMS-4200 software, it allows me to connect but I can only see one camera, spent days going through settngs and cant get it to show all 18 camera's.

All the IP cameras have unique IP's, all the camera's are displayed on the monitor plugged into the NVR.

What else of value is on the network (presumed to be a client network, if so, does the client know?)?
