Hello There
I am new to this forum and I'm hoping that I may find some answers to a vexing problem.

I have a camera system here at my gas station. It has been running successfully for a couple of years.
I have 15 Foscam .264 cameras running on BlueIris. They stream the recordings to a 4TB NAS drive connected to my router.
Last week the entire array quit recording. I diagnosed my network system, recording paths and storage device and connections, ok.
All cameras are visible in Blue Iris and the red recording indicator is on, but no output streaming. I receive an error message "trouble creating clip"
Is there anything within Blue Iris which would prevent recording, such as a software update, licensing, or known glitch.
Please help if you can.
Thanks
Colvins

@colvins welcome to the forum. What version of BI are you running (the exact version)...did you test moving a file from the blue iris pc to the nas? Did you confirm the the folders in the nas are empty/or dont have the newest recordings?

Thanks for the welcome Fenderman.
It is Blue Iris ver 4. I'll have to look around for latest version. It prompts me if there is an update, and I always do.
I have checked the folders and the old bvr files are there up until they stopped.
Files move into the NAS share directory from the PC.

I would not update to the latest version, as there are new motion algorithms that are still being worked out.
I have never seen this issue. I would email support.
