Help with bootloop on hikvision ds-7608ni-e2/8p

Hello all,

I was upgrading the firmware on my hikvision ds-7608ni-e2/8p to the latest 3.3.6 build. After the NVR rebooted, its in a perpetual boot loop. What is the process of debricking it?
