Help with Huisun Mini PTZ V1

I am having the problem when I am trying to configure the camera. I thought I had read where there was a fix but can't find it. It is the problem after you open the interface about the download the plug-in. I have tried Firefox, Edge, Explorer 11 and I can't get it to work. Anyone have any ideas?

I have downloaded the plugin and even ran as administrator, still no go. Do you have to do something other than run it?

Plugin needs ActiveX so will only work on IE.

I read the info about active x filtering. Tried all of them, Still no go. Any more ideas would e appreciated.

In BI, yes, just BW though. All my other cameras show color at night. That is what got me going in wrong direction. In Huisun interface, it comes up to show plugin needed to download, I've installed and reinstalled, still can't get me past the plug-in needed.
I need to get to Huisun settings to configure.

Did it twice, still the same.

I had done that when I first downloaded Explorer 11. Did it again and no change.

I'm positive. I have both but am using Explorer 11.

I finally got it. I used edge as default. Then I clicked on 3 dots. There was a dropdown that said to use internet explorer. I did it and in took the plugin. Was able to log on to Huisun and see everything.
