I purchased three of these cameras from Andy and trying to login for the first time. I've tried 192.168.1.108 and the camera is detected but will not connect. I get a " Can't reach this page" in internet explorer. The config tool from the tool box does not show any cameras. I can ping the camera using the command prompt using the 192.168.1.108. Any ideas on how to access these cameras?

Perhaps try using google chrome. Might need the plug-in.

Is your network on the same subnet? what is the ip of your pc or router?
Fixed. It helps if the camera is plugged into Poe port instead of regular port.
