Hi everyone, Id love some help.
I'm trying to add a new (for me) set of cams, using either the gdmss plus app or the newer dmss app (android phone).
It's a factory cam system, I am home and I can't access the NVR now due to Covid lockdowns. Others in my team have set up the app without a problem (also remotely) but I get stopped at the same place on both apps.
I enter the SN manually, then choose NVR, and then it says:
1- Please connect the device to the power
2- Please insert the network cable into the device
It won't go any further. I've tried multiple times and I've tried with both WiFi and Cell connection, with VPN connected and disconnected.
Please advise?
PS: My home camera system (using dmss plus) is working perfectly, both on wifi and on cell, FWIW.
