Can I pay one of you guys to log into my instance and tweak the camera settings? I only have 4 cameras. I learned BI about 2 years ago, and ended up loosing that server. I can't really take the time to relearn all the ins and outs too it.
The biggest issues I have are the alert clips will be like 2 hours long, or someone will trigger the camera, but their actions are not recorded and I just see them walking away. Warehouse lights turning on/off tigger alerts. Its things like that. I have a fast PC BI is installed on, but I just don't think it is efficiently set up.
I emailed into support to see if they could help me, the only response I got was my subscription was exported from January. I thought it was on autorenew. I told them I'm happy to resignup, and received no response. Kinda weird.
