Help with some hardware

I posted a little over a month ago about our crazy neighbor. She didn't show up to court which is good for us, but we still want a camera system in place to handle any further claims she makes against us.

http://imgur.com/a/iDChi Here is a link to an imgur album that shows the planned locations of the cameras. Most of these are there to track our movement so we can refute any outrageous claims she may decide to make in the future. It looks like it will be a 13 cam system pending advice from here and further needs and angles that we may decide need to be covered.

The biggest problem is the distance from the intended gateway for the system, to the dock may exceed 300ft in which case I will have to do a wireless bridge. I intend to get a measurement and let you guys know what the distance is. The problem being the dock only has 1 open electrical outlet that can be currently used. I am hoping I can run POE lines from the house to the dock and avoid needing to install another outlet; which could be done if the need arises.

I intend to run Blue Iris, and https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Kickinback32/saved/ is two potential PC builds to run the system.

Any help and advice on cameras, gateways, and hardware that may be needed would be greatly appreciated. I'm hoping to have a parts list completed and ordered by Saturday or Sunday.

If this is posted in the wrong sub forums just let me know and Ill move it.

Dont build any of these systems. Use integrated graphics. You can buy an i5 haswell from the dell outlet for 350-400...if you plan on installing 13 3mp cameras with blue iris you will need more than an i5.
