Help With What Software to Use With V5.3.3 Hikvision DS-2CD3345-I Error Msgs
Hi Guys
I Recently purchased the Hikvision DS-2CD3345-I to upgrade my old style cameras. As im fairly new to this ive hit a brick wall
Ive downloaded the software from Hikvision IVMS-4200 and connected the device which it sees but when i add to client list is has an error code and a offline msg
Ive tried changing IP addresses, passwords etc but just can get it online once added to client. Ive even tried on another PC to make sure it wasnt a conflict
If someone could point me in the right direction that would be greatly appreciated
The camera version is a 5.3.3
