im having problem with my hikvision

iforgot the password..
i try to reset using hikvison reseter tool it promted code error2020
and failed to reset device..
i also email the technical support of hikvision. and give me .xml file but same error
i also try using tftserv but still it game me failure code

any one who has an idea about this????

Error 2022 happens when the Hikvision file reloads after exporting the XML
 
Try turning Hikvision off / on, and send XML again for tech support. Make sure that after that Hikvision does not turn off and import a file that will send you technical support, everything should work
