HFW4421D-AS 4MP vs. HFW4431M-AS-I2

Do you know what's the difference between these 2 models ?
I cannot find HFW4431M-AS-I2 on international website, only the 4421D.

the 4431M-AS is the replacement for the 4421D-AS, I tried to order a second 4421D-AS and was told they were discontinued and that the 4431M-AS is the replacement..

Strange, 4421d still available on international web site. Maybe sellers push to sell Chinese stuff!
