HFW5241E-S Firmware

Does anybody knows if is there a firmware newer than DH_IPC-HX4XXX-Volt_MultiLang_PN_Stream3_V2.800.0000000.1.R.190706 ?
I've found DH_IPC-HX5XXX-Volt_MultiLang_PN_Stream3_V2.800.0000000.19.R.200709 but in its compatibility list HFW5241E-S camera is not listed.
Could it be used?

My reseller says to use only fw you can find on the official camera web page. Furthermore he says that a wrong fw can brick the camera and the warranty is lost.
I already contacted Dahua china HD but I don't have yet any answer from them.
On the other hand, anyone knows Index of / website?
Here are all the latest Dahua fw for any device. Here I've also found
DH_IPC-HX4XXX-Volt_MultiLang_PN_Stream3_V2.800.0000000.16.R.200529 that seems to be much newer than the current fw I have...

He told me he does not have a version newer than the one I have... I don't understand the Dahua policy of firmware distribution. Also the problem 'if you load a wrong fw you will brick the camera' is very strange for me.

I worked a lot of years in embedded device firmware development and the first thing we checked in a firmware upgrade was the firmware compatibility with the device and the fw crc in order to verify that the fw file itself was not corrupted. We also were used to use dual fw memory halves to recover from a power failure during upgrade.

Now it seem that Dahua developers are used to load anything in firmware upgrade task. That' is really crazy!

Finally I got a new firmware (DH_IPC-HX5XXX-Volt_MultiLang_PN_Stream3_V2.800.0000000.19.R.200709 ).
All is fine but IVS is no more working at all. I tried in many way, also resetting the cam to factory default, but noting IVS (tripwire) is not working. No event is triggered crossing tripwire lines. With previous fw IVS had low sensibility... I hoped to fix with a new fw and now I don't have IVS anymore...

Anyone else experienced something like this?

UPDATE:
I did some other tests. IVS is working but is much less sensitive. So much that is seems not working.
Anyone knows if it is possible to rollback the firmware?
