Hi all. James from the SF Bay Area in California

I've been stepping into the home security camera hobby ( 'cause come on that's what it is mostly right? ) I have been reading here for about a month now.

I work in streaming video, live webcasting and web app development as a career but it's a different thing then this IP security camera world.

I bought before I knew too much about this in December and currently have 1 Y-Cam HD PRo bullet camera using Wi-Fi using their cloud service.

- My immediate goals are:
Researching the hassle factor, value choices between an NVR or PC/NUC to manage a better home setup with better quality image at night for 3 more cameras
- Setup a nice remote viewing 4 Camera setup with PC for my office. PC at work will be fine... NVR is how I'm leaning at home 'cuase I don't want to futz with things TOO much after hours...
