I have been using Blue Iris for years my version is 4 notice that all cameras record when triggered by motion for only 12 to 13 seconds this problem started after an update is there anyway to reverse the update to see if that cause the problem.

Welcome to the forum...what is the break time set to in the trigger tab for each camera in BI.
Disable auto update. Manually download updates from the website when a new feature you want is available. This way you can run an older update file to revert back. Dont update for the sake of updating.
