Well, since we're dealing with thieves, how about I just stay in this topic and post about two WOMEN car burglars from today, September 25, 2023. Sorry mat200, your topic is getting pooped on by me. LOL
Look at the metal fence post to the lower right, then look almost straight up until you see the lower part of a street light pole, and then look just barely to the left. There are two women over 700 feet away from the camera who left the passenger side door of a white pickup open two houses behind from where they're standing. And they checked multiple vehicles, including the red pickup parked in the street near them.
Then the ladies came into my block and started going toward the white pickup just behind them, but backed off when the garage light went on, and continued east.
Checked one or more vehicles at another house (no picture) and arrived at neighbor's house across the street. They circled around the car nearest the street before walking east.
And continued on their way to wherever.
I called the Lubbock Police Department non-emergency number shortly after they left my block and do you think any police officer showed up? Uh, no, as in not at all. I called back a second time and was told no officer had been dispatched. As of the time of this post around 3:00 P.M. CST, no police officer has called or come to my house. They don't care.
