Ummm.... You been under a rock recently? 
Could be part of an early shut down or migration issue that has simply interrupted service. I would take the opportunity to go ahead and relocate DDNS anyways. After all you are using a company owned by Chinese Government to manage and update your IP/DDNS...

Sure Don't, and I am guessing you won't see to many responses because I doubt many people on this forum trust/actually use HIK DDNS services...
